GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or CREDIT/GIFT CARD which are subject to the below terms:

If the product will be refund, returned or exchanged there will be charge on Shipping Fee of $Paid by Customer, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: Sale items, custom items, Personalized items, clothings, any item purchased in person at an event

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.

CREDIT POLICY

You are given 7 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the Goods

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product wasn't used or damaged

Product that are on sale or discounted is not eligible for Credit

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and are valid within 90 days from the date it was credited to the customer. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.

Unfortunately, product that were marked as a Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
